These terms govern your use of maservitech.com (the “Site”), operated by Maservitech. By using the Site you agree to them. Our products are provided under separate subscription agreements, which prevail over these terms for product use.

Use of the Site

You may browse the Site and use the contact form for legitimate enquiries. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its hosting, interfere with its operation, scrape it at scale, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

Content and Intellectual Property

The Site’s text, design, logos and product names, including “Maservitech” and “ImRep”, belong to Maservitech or its licensors. You may quote short extracts with attribution. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.

No Warranty

The Site is provided “as is”. We work to keep its content accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. Information about products, features and pricing is indicative and is confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, Maservitech is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the courts of Metro Manila.
